Terms of Payment

For jobs with a quote under $500 CDN, payment in full is required up front. For projects with a quote between $500-$5,000 CDN, half down is required along with a signed contract before beginning work, with the balance due upon completion. For projects over $5,000 CDN, an initial payment representing one-third of the total fee is required along with a signed contract. The second one-third is billable at the halfway point or second phase of the project, with the final third due upon completion of the project. Regular clients are sent monthly invoices.
