Terms of Payment
For
jobs with a quote under $500 CDN, payment in full is required
up front. For projects with a quote between $500-$5,000 CDN,
half down is required along with a signed contract before
beginning work, with the balance due upon completion. For
projects over $5,000 CDN, an initial payment representing
one-third of the total fee is required along with a signed
contract. The second one-third is billable at the halfway
point or second phase of the project, with the final third
due upon completion of the project. Regular clients are sent
monthly invoices.
Customer
satisfaction is always the top priority at IMARK and
the balance due will not be requested until all expectations
